Unless done in a Spanish- or French-speaking context, I generally go with "Akwilla," as that is exactly how we say it when we read the Biblical names Aquilla and Priscilla, for example. (The Anglicised form of the name tends to put two Ls instead of one, not sure if the original Latin did it.)
